Project Overview

The car park was design after development of several concept layouts to allow the client to choose the design option that based suited university operations.  The car park consists of 310 bays and was design to be constructed over the existing chilled water pipe network in the area.  FortisEM commission included detailed design, project Management, contract administration and construction certification.
