Andy is Portfolio Management Director, GEOVIA, at Dassault Systèmes.
He’s a mechanical engineer with over 20 years’ experience in heavy industry across mining, energy and oil and gas, including more than 15 years in enterprise software delivering cloud and SaaS solutions.
Andy currently leads the portfolio strategy and product management functions for GEOVIA’s natural resources software business.
He’ll talk about Big Data and Cloud technology to drive disruptive innovation in mining companies: what it means for mining in the 21st century, where miners should invest and the all-important questions of data security and connectivity, particularly in remote mine sites.
