Project Overview:

Provision of detailed structural and civil engineering services, as well as the development and coordination of site layout, building approval and town planning aspects of the development. Construction phase services were also provided, including preparation of precast panel shop drawings, site inspections, review of contract Quality Assurance documentation and certification.

Project Achievement:

Provision of civil/structural design and management of the building approval and town planning aspects of the development.  Full BIM integration with the building designer and high level coordination with the principal contractor.
